Apcha Busigi (앞차 부시기), is a front snap kick. It is used to strike a target in front of you at stomach level.
Be sure to lift your toes and strike with the front of the sole of your foot—known as the “ball of the foot”—without pushing.
The kick must be executed quickly.
How to perform the block:
- First, bring your knee up toward your chest.
- Strike forward in a straight line.
- Don’t forget to lift your toes.
- Strike the target with the ball of your foot.
- Quickly bring your leg back after the strike.
- Keep your hands in a guard position.
