It is important to maintain a strong, controlled posture, paying attention to weight distribution and body alignment.
Stance rules :
- The feet are one shoulder width apart
- The length of the position is one and a half times the width of the shoulders.
- The front foot is pointed forward, while the back foot has a small angle.
- Body weight is distributed evenly
- The front leg is bent, while the back leg remains straight.
- The body can be half facing or full facing.
